Location is great! Central to freeways and a short drive to all things downtown. Everything was about a 10 min drive. Room was comfortable and presentable. You can tell the rooms are a bit aged, but they are comfortable nonetheless. Cookies are a nice welcoming touch.

Great location…within walking distance to Cal Poly. Property is a little dated, but the room is comfortable and clean. There’s no charge for parking which is a plus.

We unfortunately got there later than planned so we couldn't explore the nearby area. The outside was well kept up and welcoming. It was also right off the freeway which was convenient. The inside was clean and comfortable. It was more expensive than other similar hotels on our trip but that was probably because of location. It was central and easy to get to. The breakfast was very simple with no hot food so we ended up getting something on the road. Overall, it was a good experience but I would have liked to have taken advantage of the facilities more.

The bed was really comfortable! New table lamps with plug sockets have been installed by bed side to make up for lack of sockets to meet modern traveller requirements (it is an old hotel) The shower pressure and temperature was good.

Very comfortable bed. Spacious bathroom and very welcome shower. Very gracious staff and nice breakfast. Very close to freeway exit, and convenient to downtown as well.
